I consider this one a pregnancy workout, due to the fact that it was very light & mild. It is meant to keep your body moving, not a high calorie burner. Go here to see the video breakdown of the workout & how I targeted all of these areas with nothing but playground equipment.


  1. I love these workout pants. The material of workout leggings feels awesome, mostly cotton with just enough stretch which is what I love. I got the medium and they fit perfect. I definitely wanted more of these and got another with different style.

  2. We should workout every morning or evening. When we are workout sometime we fall in some problem like carrying our baby. but it is temporary problem the main solution is jogging stroller. if you have little baby don't worry about them. When you buy jogging stroller for your baby every problem would be solve.
