Recipes



Ingredients: 
- 3 cups organic oats
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1 tablespoon cinnamon
-2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
-2 cups organic plain almond milk
-1 organic free range egg
- 2 tablespoons 100% pure organic maple syrup
-1/2 cup organic peanut or almond butter
- 1 smashed banana 
-1 container of your favorite flavor organic Greek yogurt (I use Trader Joe's strawberry vanilla)
- 1 cup canned organic pumpkin puree
-3/4 cup organic coconut flakes

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. In a bowl mix dry ingredients; oats, baking powder, salt, cinnamon & pumpkin pie spice. 
3. In another bowl mix together wet ingredients; almond milk, egg, maple syrup, peanut butter, banana, Greek yogurt & pumpkin.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients and add shredded coconut.
5. Pour into a glass casserole dish (greased with coconut oil).
6. Bake for 20 minutes, remove from oven and stir. Bake an additional 20 minutes.
